Malibu Boats, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the day-to-day QA operations at its Tennessee manufacturing facility, directing Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Inspectors, and Supplier Quality resources. The role owns in-plant QA systems, process audits, defect containment, and quality gate discipline to protect the Malibu brand and customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of manufacturing quality experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, Six Sigma

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 7–10+ years of progressive quality experience in manufacturing with 3+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Proven track record leading quality teams and defect prevention in manufacturing environments.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification and ISO 9001 quality management systems experience.
• Experience in marine, automotive, RV, or high-mix/custom manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the plant Quality Assurance team across engineers, supervisors, and inspectors.
• Own in-plant quality systems, audits, containment, and corrective actions for defects.
• Monitor KPIs (FPY, DPU, scrap, rework, warranty cost per unit) and drive continuous improvement.
• Embed quality gates throughout production and resolve line-side quality issues with leadership.
• Support new product introduction and engineering changes for quality readiness; govern QA records and reporting.
