You will lead multiple product teams, drive test automation, release readiness, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in software/quality engineering or related tech disciplines.
• 5+ years leading quality engineering teams in large enterprises.
• Experience leading quality engineering across multiple agile teams or portfolios.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead quality engineering strategy and execution across a defined portfolio or segment.
• Develop quality engineering managers, leads, engineers, and SDETs; drive talent growth and performance.
• Set portfolio quality goals, KPIs, and governance to improve delivery quality and production stability.
• Embed built-in quality across planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee test strategy across functional, integration, end-to-end, and release validation.
• Manage portfolio-level quality risk, defects, release concerns, and environments.
• Drive automation-first practices and CI/CD integration of quality signals.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled quality capabilities and innovative practices.
• Sponsor modernization of quality frameworks, tooling, and test approaches.
