Guided Search Partners is working with a Global Food Manufacturer to appoint a Senior General Manager for their new Memphis-area site. The role focuses on leading manufacturing operations and driving performance at a high-visibility level.

The compensation includes a base salary in the range of $175,000–$200,000, plus a 30% bonus, with relocation assistance provided as needed.
