Job summary

Clark Construction seeks an experienced Director of Quality to establish and lead the Quality Management Program for Advanced Manufacturing projects. You will develop QMPs, ITPs, and quality procedures to ensure excellence from pursuit through turnover.

You will partner with owners, regulators, designers, and subcontractors to enforce strict quality standards and drive continuous improvement across multiple programs. A senior quality leader is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading quality programs on complex industrial/manufacturing projects.
• Deep knowledge of QA/QC, inspections, turnover, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including owners, designers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Quality Management Program for CAM projects from pursuit to turnover.
• Develop and implement the Quality Management System and project-specific QMPs/ITPs.
• Champion a culture of proactive quality planning and continuous improvement.
• Oversee third-party quality staff and ensure integration with Clark's quality culture.
