Job summary

Ironside Human Resources is assisting a healthcare facility near Powell, Wyoming, in hiring a Director of Quality to lead hospital‑wide quality management, performance improvement, patient safety and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of professional healthcare experience in an acute care setting, with experience in Quality Management, Performance Improvement, Risk Management, or Compliance
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, CMS requirements, regulatory surveys, patient safety, and quality improvement practices
• Previous healthcare leadership or Quality/Compliance Director experience preferred, with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and policy-development skills
