Job summary

IFE NDT, LLC is seeking a Director of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) to lead quality, safety, and environmental programs supporting flowline inspection and oilfield service operations. The role ensures alignment with customer requirements, accurate records, and safe field practices.

The successful candidate will lead QHSE across multiple locations, drive continuous improvement, coordinate audits, and mentor personnel to meet regulatory and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 3+ years in QHSE with responsibility for quality and safety; 5+ years preferred.
• 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in nondestructive testing (NDT) or related inspection.
• Experience leading quality and safety programs and coordinating improvements with operations.
• Familiarity with flowline equipment and inspection workflows.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, audits, document control, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the quality management system including procedures, document control, audits, and corrective actions.
• Lead safety and environmental programs across locations and field operations.
• Coordinate internal and customer audits and maintain records; address findings.
• Maintain equipment calibration and technician qualification records.
• Oversee inspection procedures, technical documentation, and technician certification records.
• Build practical processes that support safe work, reliable inspections, and customer confidence.
