Job summary

IFE NDT, LLC is seeking a Director of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) to lead quality, safety and environmental programs for our Permian Basin operations in Odessa, TX. Qualifications

• Requires progressive experience in QHSE, quality and safety leadership (5+ years preferred).
• Experience in audits, corrective actions, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with flowline inspection and NDT-related environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality management system, audits, and corrective actions.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental programs across locations and field operations.
• Coordinate inspection procedures, documentation, and technician qualification records.
• Work with operations to translate customer requirements into practical procedures.
• Identify training needs and drive safety training and incident investigations.
