Our client in the construction industry is seeking a Director of Procurement & Estimating in Houston, TX. This leadership role involves overseeing procurement and estimating functions to support company growth, focusing on strategic sourcing, vendor relations, KPI management, and process automation.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in project-based procurement, strategic sourcing, and process automation to support the company’s goal of doubling its growth through operational excellence.

Salary & Benefits: $150,000–$170,000 salary plus bonuses, profit sharing, and profit distribution
