Summit Healthcare Staffing LLC seeks a Director of Physical Therapy to oversee an Article 28 clinic, expanding access and serving a diverse patient population. You will guide the PT function, partner with clinical colleagues, and strengthen patient experience through thoughtful leadership and teamwork.

The role requires leading and mentoring a team of Physical Therapists, ensuring high-quality care and coordinated program operations across the clinic.

Qualifications

• DPT or MSPT degree required.
• Active Physical Therapist license.
• Leadership experience in outpatient or community clinics.
• Experience supervising multiple Physical Therapists.

Responsabilités

• Lead the physical therapy program and work closely with the other PTs.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule multiple Physical Therapists.
• Improve patient access to physical therapy services across the clinic.
• Drive care quality and strengthen program operations within the physical therapy setting.
• Collaborate with diverse patients, clinical teams, and senior stakeholders.
