Qualifications

• Lead the first embedded prospect development function at CU Boulder.
• Drive campaign readiness, strengthen pipeline health, and deliver strategic fundraising intelligence.
• Build new processes to move from transactional research to a strategic intelligence function.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of seven analysts responsible for prospect identification, research, portfolio optimization, pipeline development, and fundraising support.
• Deliver actionable prospect intelligence and portfolio solutions to advancement leaders and fundraisers.
• Manage portfolios for 60–70 major gift and donor experience portfolios across campus.
