Job summary

Parkhill seeks a strategically minded Manager, Proposals & Marketing Coordination to lead a high-volume pursuit team. You will oversee proposals, content, scheduling, and collaboration with Business Development and sector leaders to deliver competitive submissions.

The role blends leadership with hands-on proposal development, establishing discipline and accountability across workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communications/business.
• 4–8 years writing proposals and managing RFPs in A/E/C industries.
• Experience leading proposal teams or cross-functional pursuit teams.
• Advanced proficiency in InDesign and PowerPoint for on-brand materials.
• Strong formatting, layout, and design sense; data accuracy in CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the pursuit coordination team and proposal content manager.
• Oversee end-to-end responses to RFPs/RFQs and interview presentations.
• Define workload thresholds and align resources with high-value pursuits.
• Enforce QA/QC processes with clear ownership and timelines.
• Establish escalation paths for time-sensitive proposals.
• Provide structure across proposal and marketing workflows and timelines.
• Coordinate with Business Development and sector leadership on win strategies.
• Partner with Creative Director to evolve templates and systems.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
