Baltimore County is seeking a Sr. Property Management Specialist in Towson to oversee the Property Management Grounds unit.

You will lead inspections, coordinate staff and contractors, and drive capital projects while ensuring compliance with County policies. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or six years of supervisory property management experience, with strong skills in budgeting, reporting, and staff development.

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or related field.
• Or at least six years of property management or related supervisory experience.

• Directs supervision of the Grounds Unit, including staff and contractors.
• Performs managerial administration, HR tasks, and program analysis.
• Develops and implements the Capital Matrix budget for building equipment.
• Provides guidance on operating procedures and County policies.
• Leads employee evaluation, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversees procurement practices and contracts with outside vendors.
• Monitors productivity and schedules for facilities and systems.
• Represents Property Management at meetings and committees.
