Job Description

This established, Seattle-headquartered construction firm is an expert in design-build, working extensively in the higher-education and financial services sectors nationally. With a deep client base, extensive repeat customers and broad network, they have doubled their business since 2024.

To facilitate and prepare the business for its next phase, as they transition to a medium-sized commercial contractor they have created a new position for a Director of Project Management.

Reporting to the company owners, you will lead the company project management team responsible for managing and developing project managers and project engineers, optimizing operational procedures and project delivery models, while supporting and adding to the company culture, vision, and accomplishment of business milestones.

You will be an experienced construction leader with a proven ability to develop and manage teams, build long-term partnerships and provide a new viewpoint in key company decisions.
