Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with years of program management experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (investigation within last 5 years).
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Responsibilities

• Set a Vision: develop and communicate a clear vision for shaping, growing, and enabling the Launch Center IPT to meet and exceed obligations.
• Build a High Performing Team: partner with functional leadership to implement mentoring, succession, and development plans; staffing to meet goals.
• Take Ownership: drive execution across a diverse team, meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics; communicate progress clearly.
