Alliance for Community Empowerment seeks a Senior Director of Programs to lead and supervise Program Directors, ensuring high-quality, compliant implementation across education, youth development, workforce, housing, and health programs. The SDP partners with the CPO to maintain program fidelity, monitor budgets, and report to funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in program management.
• Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory experience managing professional-level staff.
• Possess a California Driver's License, clean DMV record & adequate auto insurance.
• Must submit to DOJ background check and a credit check.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision to Program Directors, including regular one-on-ones and performance management.
• Coordinate regular meetings with Program Directors and escalate to the CPO when needed.
• Oversee fidelity to program models, grant requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Review contracts for accuracy and compliance before CPO approval.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to funders across programs.
