Job summary

MY Project USA in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Director of Programs to provide leadership across multiple programs and departments. You will strengthen operations, support grant compliance, and develop staff and volunteer leaders to drive measurable impact in Central Ohio.

Lead reporting, accountability, data collection, and program evaluation while building strong relationships with schools, funders, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience across multiple programs and teams.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and grant reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight across programs, departments, and initiatives.
• Support day-to-day operations and long-term program success with leadership.
• Monitor performance, budgets, grant requirements, reporting deadlines.
• Develop reporting, accountability, data collection, and evaluation systems.
• Recruit, coach, and hold staff and volunteers accountable for results.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify challenges and solutions.
• Support grant compliance and financial accountability across programs.
• Build relationships with schools, funders, partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent MY Project USA at meetings, events, trainings, and partnerships.
• Strengthen organizational initiatives including community programs.
