Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional governance reviews with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance.
• Align program budgets and margins with commercial commitments.
• Ensure achievement of critical milestones such as tooling readiness and SOP.
• Implement PM tools for scheduling, risk tracking, and reporting.
• Directly manage the PMO team and coach Program Managers.
