Job summary

CDC Global Solutions, a Boston-based CDMO focused on CGT, mRNA, plasmids, and viral vectors, seeks a Director Program Manager. You will lead cross-functional program execution, maintain PM tools, and liaise with clients to drive successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has GMP manufacturing experience, strong Smartsheet expertise, and exceptional communication and coordination skills to manage multiple complex programs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, problem solving, planning and project management skills.
• Ability to support more than one project of a reasonable size simultaneously.
• Must have clinical manufacturing & GMP experience.
• High degree of proficiency in Smartsheet including workflow design and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of internal and client-facing programs.
• Develop and maintain program timelines, dashboards, and risk registers.
• Coordinate materials and shared resources, escalate constraints and risks as appropriate.
• Generate and maintain documentation for program scope changes and client communications.
• Serve as Smartsheet super user for creating and optimizing workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Maintain program management resources including trackers, templates, dashboards, and presentations.
• Own and maintain program management documentation: charters, plans, schedules, RACI matrices, risk registers.
