Job summary

Cyware, a leading cybersecurity platform provider, seeks a Director of Products in the United States to bridge customer needs, business strategy, and product innovation. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, drive AI-enabled capabilities, and coordinate across GTM, Sales, and Engineering to deliver high-impact enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in B2B product management, FedRAMP/public sector experience, and strong cybersecurity domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success defining and launching products or customized solutions.
• Able to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• 7+ years PM leadership in B2B enterprise products with multi-stakeholder scope.
• U.S. Citizenship required for public sector work and FedRAMP environments.
• Cybersecurity background with enterprise security product experience (TIP/SOAR/SIEM).
• Public sector FedRAMP experience with GovCloud/ILT/ATO constraints.
• Applied AI product expertise and experience shipping AI-enabled features.
• Familiar with LLM agent architectures, planning, memory, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong understanding of SOC, CTI, threat hunting, IR, and CISOs needs.
• Willingness to travel domestically ~15–25%.
• Technical degree; MBA preferred. UX/UI knowledge is a plus.
• ISAC/ISAO or threat-sharing community experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and ship the product portfolio roadmap aligned to strategy and customer needs.
• Own PMLC and PDLC end-to-end—from discovery to launch and end-of-life.
• Lead feature development, user stories, and requirements; prototype quickly with customers.
• Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, Sales, CSM, and Support on positioning and collateral.
• Develop use cases for SOC/CTI/IR and cross-organization intelligence sharing.
• Coordinate with India-based teams to align priorities and delivery.
• Drive AI-native capabilities, model evaluation, safeguards, and value metrics.
• Guide pricing, GTM strategy, and product marketing for segments.
• Shape usability vision and interface design; manage migration from legacy.
• Provide POC support to Sales and translate feedback into the roadmap.
• Represent product in executive briefings, QBRs, and customer demos.
