Job summary

Cyware is seeking a visionary Director of Products to advance our cybersecurity portfolio. You will own the product roadmap, guide end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and success teams to accelerate adoption and value realization.

You will lead AI-enabled features, engage with distributed teams across time zones, and represent the product to customers and executives. A strong security domain background and startup mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven track record defining and launching successful products in a B2B environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of security domains (cybersecurity) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to retirement.
• Lead GTM and stakeholder enablement with Marketing, Sales, and Success teams.
• Drive AI-native product capabilities and evaluate model tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across time zones and regions.
• Represent the product externally to customers and executives.
