Job summary

Cyware is seeking a Director of Products to shape and steward the company’s product portfolio. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your area, from discovery through launch and sunset, guiding cross-functional teams across the globe.

The role requires a strong B2B background, US citizenship for FedRAMP environments, and experience shipping AI-native capabilities, GTM enablement, and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Manager experience in a B2B enterprise.
• US citizenship required for FedRAMP environments.
• Cybersecurity product background is preferred.
• Hands-on with AI-native product capabilities.
• Familiarity with SOC, CTI, threat hunting, IR and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap aligned with strategy and customer needs.
• Own the Product Management Lifecycle (PMLC) and PDLC end-to-end from discovery to sunset.
• Develop features, user stories, and requirements; validate with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead GTM and enablement with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Own use-case development across commercial and public sector segments.
