Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 15+ years in test operations, including 6+ years leading senior technical teams
• Hands-on experience with SiPH, CPO platforms, and ATE/CPO hardware
• Strong OSAT factory operations background; direct factory experience preferred
• Track record of building and growing high-performing teams in complex manufacturing environments
• Clear, data-informed communication and decision-making

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams of CPO and Networking Chip Equipment and Production Test engineers - setting direction and ensuring quality.
• Define and lead the test manufacturing strategy and performance metrics.
• Partner with technology teams, platform suppliers, hardware vendors, test engineering, and OSAT partners for test readiness and ramp.
• Drive cross-team problem-solving to support high-volume production and resolve complex operational issues.
• Leverage test data and KPIs to identify trends, anticipate risk, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all test operations meet internal standards, industry requirements, and best practices.
