Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Director-level Product Manager to lead the next-generation Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) and silicon platforms for datacenter networking. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management across hardware, ASICs, and software, coordinating with architecture and ecosystem partners worldwide.

With 15+ years in the field and 8+ years in silicon photonics, you will influence executive-level decisions and drive product delivery in a fast-paced, global organization.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years overall experience with 8+ years in silicon photonics development or technical support in networking.
• Deep knowledge of silicon photonics, process tech and packaging including modulators, lasers.
• Extensive data center hardware understanding: servers, networking, power, cooling, cabling.
• Experience leading product strategy in complex global organizations at director level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction and product vision for CPO hardware and silicon platforms.
• Define requirements and roadmaps for optical interconnects, ASICs, systems and platforms.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across hardware, silicon, firmware, software, and operations.
• Partner with customers and hyperscalers to translate requirements into differentiated products.
• Present strategy to executives and guide NVIDIA’s datacenter networking portfolio.
