Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years total experience; 8+ years in silicon photonics within networking.
• Deep knowledge of silicon photonics, modulators, lasers, and silicon processes.
• Knowledge of data center hardware, rack-level infra, and networking equipment.
• Experience leading global product strategy at director level or as a people leader.
• Strong systems-level depth, business insight, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for CPO hardware and silicon platforms, including planning, lifecycle management, and technology transitions.
• Define requirements and roadmaps for optical interconnects, ASICs, systems, and platforms in partnership with engineering and ecosystem collaborators.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among hardware, silicon, firmware, software, operations, and business groups to deliver leading AI/cloud networking solutions.
• Partner with strategic customers and hyperscalers to translate requirements into differentiated products.
• Present product strategy to executive leadership, customers, and industry partners.
