Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Director of Production Operations to drive transformative change across multiple facilities in Ohio. You will lead Lean, AI, and automation initiatives to markedly improve throughput, quality, and cost while embedding a data-driven culture and strategic capital planning.

You will report to the General Manager and build a bench of future leaders, shaping safety, quality, cost, and delivery as the company scales its manufacturing platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field required or equivalent experience.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for higher leadership roles.
• Demonstrated track record of transformational operational change in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into manufacturing capability across multiple facilities.
• Establish data-driven metrics and drive down cost of poor quality (COPQ).
• Lead Lean, AI, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives to improve throughput, quality, and cost.
• Build a resilient production operations organization and develop leadership talent.
• Accountable for safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery across production operations.
