Job summary

Formica is seeking a Director of Manufacturing for its Evendale, OH site to drive a best-in-class transformation across health, safety, quality, production, maintenance, engineering, planning, and warehousing. You will report to the VP of Operations and lead a 1-million-square-foot facility through strategic change and a strong people-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience leading operations in a medium- to large-sized manufacturing organization.
• Demonstrated track record of change leadership with lasting results.
• Hands-on leadership across safety, quality, maintenance, and production.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations at Evendale, with accountability for health, safety and environment; quality; production; maintenance; engineering; production planning; and warehousing.
• Lead the site's transformation with strategy and operating plans to achieve best-in-class performance.
• Coach and develop leaders, build succession plans for critical roles, and own the annual budget including capital projects.
