Equal parts hands‑on operator and builder, the Director of Production will inspire collaboration, drive accountability, and play a central role in scaling TH’s production capability for the agency’s next chapter.

About the Company

TH Experiential is a creatively‑led experiential agency built on craft, collaboration, and trusted client partnership. Since 2006, we’ve helped leading global brands create culturally resonant, meticulously produced experiences that blend storytelling, design, and real‑world impact. From large‑scale live events to digital extensions and streaming, we bring deep 360° activation expertise to partners including Unilever, Sephora, McDonald’s, L’Oréal, eBay, DoorDash, IKEA, and Nike—delivering work that shapes culture and creates moments to remember. As experiential demand accelerates, TH is entering its next chapter of intentional growth. We’re evolving our team, leadership, and operational foundation to support a growing slate of integrated programs and elevate how we deliver for clients. For leaders who love to build, this is an opportunity to help shape what comes next—joining a purpose‑driven, creatively thriving environment with strong production and operational foundations in place and meaningful room to refine, optimize, and scale.

  • Strategic & Financial Stewardship
  • Engage directly with executive leadership on key growth initiatives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to drive agency, client, and team success; partner with Creative to ensure alignment between design intent, materials, budget, and execution.
