Job summary

SWIVEL is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to drive operational excellence and build programs for internal tooling and automation within SWIVEL’s operations teams. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate with engineering and external partners, and deliver scalable solutions for operational readiness and feature launches.

The role emphasizes governance, process improvement, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced, ambiguity-filled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in Program Management, with focus on Operations or Technology use cases.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with executive-level stakeholders and program governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between operational teams, internal engineering resources, and third-party tool providers to build, improve, and manage internal tooling solutions.
• Oversee a technical roadmap for internal tooling initiatives, including prioritization, resourcing, and requirements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, coordinate stakeholders, track progress, identify risks, and ensure successful execution.
• Develop and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
• Analyze business processes, performance metrics, and data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Drive operational and technical goal planning, establish status-tracking, and communicate progress and priorities.
