Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Frisco, TX is seeking a Director of Product & Solutions Marketing to lead marketing for the Wi‑Fi and Wired Networking portfolio. You will shape messaging, GTM strategy, sales enablement, and customer advocacy to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.

You will collaborate with product management, sales, field marketing, demand generation, and customer success to bring innovative networking solutions to market, strengthening HPE's leadership in enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
MBA preferred.
15+ years total experience with 10+ years leadership in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management.
Extensive technical expertise in Wi‑Fi and wired enterprise networking.
Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies including Wi‑Fi, switching, network management, security, and cloud‑managed networking.
Experience developing product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement programs.
Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer benefits and business outcomes.
Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with experience engaging customers, partners, and sales teams.
Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions and influence without direct authority.
Experience supporting product launches and driving adoption in competitive technology markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product and solutions marketing plans for the Wi‑Fi and Wired Networking portfolio.
Partner with product management and sales leadership to identify market opportunities and competitive differentiation.
Contribute market insights and customer feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap discussions.
Create compelling product messaging and persona-based narratives for IT leaders, network operators, and business decision makers.
Develop content for blogs, webinars, presentations, and industry engagements.
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and campaigns.
Collaborate with demand generation, field marketing, and digital marketing to drive awareness and pipeline growth.
Monitor launch performance and adjust strategies to improve results.
Develop sales enablement content including presentations, battlecards, and training materials.
Support key sales opportunities through customer presentations and workshops.
Build customer advocacy through stories, case studies, and testimonials.
Track competitive trends to keep positioning differentiated.
