• Own the operating model for planning, delivery, and measurable business impact across multiple squads.
• Act as a player-coach, stepping into operational challenges while developing product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, coach, and develop product managers using a clear career-leveling framework.
• Establish planning cadences, product delivery standards, and outcome measurement frameworks.
• Design and oversee processes for support, escalations, and continuous operational improvement.

Requirements:

• At least eight years in product management or product operations, with four or more years managing product managers.
• Proven experience building product planning, delivery, and outcome-measurement processes.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills, comfortable in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
• Annual base salary of $175,000 with total compensation ranging from $190,000 to $205,000 including quarterly bonus.
