Qualificações

• 8+ years in product marketing, marketing strategy, product management, or related roles with 3+ years in people leadership.
• Proven track record of owning marketing strategy and investment decisions with measurable outcomes.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and foster collaboration across teams.
• Understanding of healthcare industry trends and customer needs.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional influence.

Responsabilidades

• Own marketing strategy and overall plan for Front Line Care divisions and clinical sales teams.
• Set positioning and portfolio priorities to differentiate Medline offerings.
• Define go-to-market strategy for major new product introductions.
