Medline in Northfield, IL seeks a Director of Marketing, Product Marketing to own the strategy for Front Line Care divisions and clinical sales teams. You will set product positioning, lead growth initiatives, and drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.

You will partner with product, sales, and marketing to orchestrate programs, define go-to-market for new products, and implement an outcome-based metrics framework to demonstrate business impact at senior leadership level.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, product management, or related roles.
• 3+ years of people leadership or team management experience.
• Proven track record of owning marketing strategy and investment decisions that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Responsabilidades

• Marketing Strategy & Commercial Ownership: Own the marketing strategy and plan across Front Line Care divisions and clinical sales teams, grounded in business issues and growth objectives.
• Be accountable for commercial outcomes across divisions (awareness, adoption, share, revenue growth) rather than activity.
• Set positioning and portfolio priorities to differentiate Medline offerings. Define go-to-market for major new product introductions.
• Define sales enablement requirements so the field has tools and content to drive growth.
• Establish metrics to measure product marketing impact and report results to senior leadership.
• Partner with product divisions and sales to align marketing investments with growth plans.
