Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience or equivalent
• 2 years of experience leading others
• Advanced/master’s degree in business, technology, finance or related field

Responsibilities

• Establish a shared vision across the company for one or more products or platform product enabling development & scalability.
• Leads product strategy development with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Influences architectural roadmap balancing design, technical implementation, regulations, time-to-market, and profitability.
• Champions customer experience and prioritizes customer needs in requirements and decisions.
• Defines and uses metrics to inform product success including usability studies and market analysis.
• Standardizes workstreams to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Responsible for product profitability and budgetary decisions.
• Leads product reviews, operating reviews, and business reviews with senior leadership.
• Maximizes efficiency in a dynamic, evolving environment.
