Hybrid role based in St. Augustine, FL with travel to support development and commercialization while relocating distribution center activities. A passion for flavor and brand integrity is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 7+ years of product development or related experience, with managerial responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps across core categories.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and gaps.
• Mentor and manage Product Category Managers, Coordinators, and Analysts.
