Job summary

Gen is seeking a Director of Product Management to own a fintech payments platform that processes transactions across multiple rails, enabling and enhancing our financial products. Beyond your portfolio, you will raise the bar on how the product organization works—sharper meetings, faster signal on shipping and performance, and smarter AI usage across the lifecycle.

MoneyLion, now part of Gen, supports new growth and geographic expansion. Location: New York, NY (onsite 4 days/week).

Qualifications

• Shipped complex fintech or payments products in high-growth environments.
• Ability to own roadmaps, execution, and partner relationships end-to-end.
• Strong AI product sensibility and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the payments platform from problem definition to launch and iteration.
• Drive 0→1 product development on cross-functional initiatives.
• Operate with technical fluency across payments infrastructure and regulatory contexts.
• Interface with external partners from first conversation to integration and launch.
• Define product vision, grounding ambitious thinking in feasibility and business impact.
• Define success metrics and drive accountability through data and experimentation.
