Job summary

MX Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Product to define and execute the strategic direction for MX’s core products in Banking and FinTech.

Lead a talented team of product professionals, champion user-centric innovation, and bridge high-level strategy with technical execution across our ecosystem. You will mentor PMs, align roadmaps with executive goals, and drive data-driven improvements through measurable OKRs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive product management delivering complex software/enterprise platforms
• 3+ years of direct people management leading product managers in fast-paced tech environments
• Deep domain expertise in Banking, FinTech, or Financial Data Systems with end-to-end product development
• Proven track record defining product strategy, setting OKRs, and managing lifecycles from ideation to scale
• Strong technical fluency to engage in architecture discussions and evaluate trade-offs
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, presentation, and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define product direction with a bold multi-year vision across discovery, onboarding and adoption
• Drive market expansion and identify greenfield opportunities for new markets
• Align roadmaps with Engineering, Marketing, Client Experience and Sales to meet growth goals
• Oversee end-to-end product delivery using lean, iterative methods with cross-functional teams
• Leverage UX/CX research and client feedback to solve pain points and improve experiences
• Establish quarterly OKRs and metrics to drive accountability and outcomes
