Like many startups, we’ve navigated real growth challenges — and we’ve come out stronger on the other side. Today, MX is in a phase of renewed momentum and scale, with a solid foundation and a clear vision for what’s next. This is a place where thoughtful execution matters, innovation is encouraged, and individuals have real ownership over their work.

Our culture values curiosity, accountability, and impact. We give people the space to question assumptions, design better solutions, and help shape how the company grows. If you’re looking to do meaningful work, influence outcomes, and grow alongside a company that’s ready to move fast, you’ll feel at home at MX.

We are seeking an experienced and visionaryDirector, Product to lead strategic product growth and elevate our product ecosystem. In this executive-level role, you will define and execute the strategic direction for MX’s core products and solutions. You will lead a talented team of product professionals, champion user-centric innovation, and bridge high-level strategy with seamless technical execution across Banking and FinTech sectors.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess deep domain expertise in financial technology, and excel at mentoring high-performing product teams, MX is where you can make a lasting industry impact.

What You'll Do

  • Market Expansion: Drive product-market fit in existing segments while identifying greenfield opportunities to expand MX’s solutions into new markets.
  • Ecosystem Alignment: Serve as a strategic partner to Engineering, Marketing, Client Experience, and Sales leadership to align product roadmaps with business objectives and growth goals.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Oversee full-cycle product management using lean, iterative methodologies. Collaborate closely with engineering managers, designers, writers, and growth teams to launch impactful features.
  • Customer-Centric Design: Leverage deep UX/CX research, solution design, and client feedback to solve complex customer pain points and deliver frictionless experiences.
  • Data-Driven Success: Establish objective quarterly product initiatives, key results (OKRs), and performance metrics to measure success, drive accountability, and optimize outcomes.
Leadership & Culture
  • Build & Mentor: Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class team of Product Managers. Provide active mentorship, clear career progression pathways, and actionable coaching.
  • Cultivate Founder Mindset: Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation consistent with MX’s core values across your team and cross-functional partners.
  • Client & Industry Advocacy: Engage directly with key enterprise clients and industry stakeholders to build trust, represent customer needs, and reinforce MX’s market leadership.
