Jabil is seeking a Director of Product Engineering to lead and shape the technical direction for server, storage, and related systems within the Hyperscale, Cloud, and Enterprise Infrastructure division in Austin, TX.

You will guide multiple development programs, align engineering with customer and factory needs, and collaborate with product management, program management, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure top-tier performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of engineering product development experience.
• 4+ years of experience directly managing an engineering team.

Responsabilités

• Guide and deliver a portfolio of development efforts for server & storage products.
• Organize teams and drive cross-functional solutions across hardware, software, and firmware.
• Apply engineering rigor and lead by example to achieve program goals.
• Make decisions impacting quality, features, schedule, and budget.
• Communicate complex issues in simple terms to executives and teams.
