As a Director of Product, ELA at Kiddom you’ll be part of a close-knit cross-functional team including engineering, design, product marketing, content, sales and customer success—working together to build a truly impactful platform. You will drive Kiddom’s goal of making high-quality ELA curricula both accessible and user-friendly, reducing the friction of implementation and ensuring better outcomes for students. Your product development work will innovate on both the teacher and student experience—creating innovative tools for an interactive experience, partnering with AI senior researchers to build AI tools, scaffolding for diverse learners, and new ways to visualize student progress in real-time.
You will be the loudest champion using your business acumen and in-depth understanding of our customers to set a clear vision and strategy for your projects. Your skills will be put to the test navigating complex state adoption requirements as well as navigating large district sales. Our GTM teams will thrive working with you in ownership and independence.
You have extensive experience setting an agile roadmap and bringing products to market and a passion for building product experiences that impact teachers and students. A background in education and/or edtech is ideal but not required.
Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role-related ability during the interview process.
