Salary $160,000 - $195,000 per year

A Bit About Us

You will be the most senior designer in the organization, reporting directly to the VP of Technology (based in California). You’ll lead, inspire, and grow a talented global team of 6 designers across UI, UX, and product design disciplines (located in India, Vietnam, and Bangladesh), driving innovation and excellence across both our B2C and B2B offerings. This is a rare opportunity to shape the design vision for a global platform with millions of monthly active users (MAUs) while contributing to its rapid scaling and evolution.

Must have

8+ yrs of Product Design experience, predominantly with B2C Consumer Apps with Payment Conversion & Gamification

2+ yrs of Leadership experience (leading UI, UX, and Product Designers)

Recently, been doing hands-on product design and creating a strong design vision

Currently, using AI professionally and enthused about & interested in an "AI first" work environment
