Director, Product RDM

LOCATION: REMOTE USA - PREFER WEST COAST

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Resource Data Management:
  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Resource Data Management organization specialized in Utility Expense and Data Management, in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, strategy, delivery, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market needs, and business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives and board members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education/ Certifications/ Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields; business, engineering, or related field
  • Master’s Degree preferred in one of the following fields; business, engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years relevant experience in product management
  • 5+ years in a leadership role
  • May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing BtB consumer-facing products in the Financial, Energy and/or Sustainability Services industry.
  • Exceptional skills in design and marketing, with a demonstrated ability to integrate these disciplines into product management to enhance the client experience and drive sales growth.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.

  • The pay range for this role is: $108,800-182,850
  • Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off and annual bonus. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work schedules are determined by business need and manager discretion; full time employment is considered 40 hours per week
