Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Product Development & Sourcing at Lush Decor. The Director will be responsible for leading product development, sourcing new materials, managing product lifecycle, and overseeing the execution of product strategies. This role is located in East Brunswick, NJ, with the flexibility for some remote work. The position will manage a team in the HQ location as well as staff located in overseas markets. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

1. Product Development, Sourcing, and Product Lifecycle Management skills
2. Home Textile industry experience required
3. Knowledge of and prior relationships with Asia based textile factories
4. Experience with implementing testing & QC standards and protocols
5. Experience in developing and executing product strategies
6. Analytical and decision-making skills
7. Strong communication and project management skills
8. Knowledge of global sourcing and supply chain management
9. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
10. Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Business, or related field
