You bring 12+ years in product design, including 5+ years managing managers, a strong portfolio, and a data-driven, customer-focused mindset to drive product excellence across complex systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product design, including 5+ years managing managers.
• Portfolio demonstrates design leadership, craft, end-to-end ownership, and product excellence.
• Strong customer advocacy, with design decisions grounded in data and business context.
• Experience building complex products, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and enthusiasm for guiding teams to prototype in code and ship with AI.

Responsibilities

• Define a cohesive product vision and establish roadmaps, metrics, and goals with cross-functional peers.
• Champion product excellence and empower your team to deliver it.
• Build, develop, and lead a talented, diverse, global design team.
• Evolve how the team designs and builds with AI.
• Partner with Design peers to strengthen the design organization’s processes, tools, and capabilities.
