Datadog, Inc. is seeking a seasoned design leader to shape our product suite and define what's next. You will lead the design direction for a portfolio of products, aligning cross-functional partners, and building the relationships, talent, and culture needed to ship that direction.

Based in New York and operating in a hybrid workplace, you will evolve design with AI, mentor a global team, and partner with peers to enhance processes and capabilities.

Datadog's AI-powered observability and security platform is evolving fast, and we're seeking a seasoned design leader to continue shaping our products and define what's next. Our products help engineering and security teams see, understand, and act on what's happening across complex systems at scale. In this role you'll lead the design direction for a suite of products, building the right relationships, talent, and culture to ship that direction effectively. As AI changes how our customers work, and as designers ship in code, you'll help define what great design looks like and how our team gets there.

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
