About the Role

Landbase is hiring a Director of Product to lead our data strategy across infrastructure, machine

learning, and data acquisition. You’ll drive how we ingest, enrich, and activate data across the

platform — from sourcing high-signal external data to powering ML-driven automation and

insights.

This role sits at the core of our product and technical strategy. You’ll work closely with our ML

and data engineering teams to build the systems that underpin intelligent agentic workflows, and

directly shape how Landbase acquires and operationalizes data to differentiate the product and

drive customer value.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product roadmap for Landbase’s data team— including data acquisition, infrastructure, modeling, and activation
• Partner with ML and data engineering teams to ship intelligent features and systems that
• Lead strategy for sourcing external data to enrich the Landbase data sets
• Define and implement standards for evaluating data coverage, quality, and impact on downstream performance
• Build data products that power recommendations, rankings, scoring models, and automated, transparent AI decision-making
• Collaborate across teams to ensure data and AI are deeply integrated into the product experience
• Establish systems for governance, observability, and reliability of internal and external data flows

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 5+ years of product experience, with significant ownership over data and ML initiatives
• Have built or scaled data platforms, ML-powered features, or infrastructure from the ground up
• Have experience identifying and integrating third-party or public datasets into product pipelines
• Are fluent in data and ML concepts — feature stores, batch vs. real-time, model evaluation, etc.
• Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy the pace and scope of early-stage startups
• Have a strong bias toward action, clarity, and cross-functional collaboration

Bonus Points

• Experience with B2B SaaS, sales tech, or GTM platforms
• Prior exposure to building data acquisition systems or pipelines at scale
• Understanding of scraping infrastructure, marketplace licensing, and enrichment APIs
