About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned product leader to shape the future of Karbon AI's product vision and strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving product innovation, collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Your work will directly inform product strategy, pricing, and GTM motion.

What You'll Do
  • Lead product strategy and roadmap development for Karbon’s AI's suite of products. Work directly with the CPO on the core strategy and vision.
  • Conduct deep customer research and market analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
  • Translate customer insights into detailed product specifications and use cases.
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and customer value.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with sales and customer success to enable successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Evangelize and communicate Karbon AI’s product and vision directly with customers, analysts, and the global community of practitioners.
Who You Are
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the SaaS space.
  • Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies from concept to go to market.
  • Deep understanding of data privacy, data security, and/or AI governance.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Data-driven mindset, with a focus on using metrics to measure product performance and customer impact.
  • Passion for building innovative products that solve real-world problems.
  • You understand agentic workflows and/or have done something similar in the past.
  • Experience with the accounting or professional services industry.

As we hire across various locations within the USA we are required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.

The estimated base salary range for this role is:

$180,000 - $250,000 USD.
