Job summary

Canary Technologies is seeking an experienced Director of Product to lead the Connectivity and Integrations area. You will drive the strategy for third-party integrations, expanding addressable markets and enabling workflows for staff and guests. This is a cross-functional leadership role across product, sales, customer success, and implementations.

You will own the integration roadmap, manage partner relationships, and ensure platform consistency while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, esp. platform/API/integration products.
• Experience owning integration programs with external partners and vendors.
• Technical depth to collaborate with engineers on APIs and data flows.
• Proven ability to influence across teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and roadmap for third-party integrations across platforms.
• Define shared frameworks and reusable APIs for partners.
• Prioritize integration roadmap based on demand and revenue impact.
• Manage partnerships, including technical scoping, testing, and certification.
• Ensure integrations meet product needs while remaining scalable and maintainable.
• Track integration health metrics like data accuracy, latency, and uptime.
• Present roadmap to customers, sales, and success teams with clear timelines.
