Motional is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the product organization from our Pittsburgh office. Reporting to the VP of Commercialization, you will shape the vision, coordinate roadmaps across Autonomy, Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams, and drive a high-velocity, safety- and value-driven product lifecycle for our robotaxi platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Product Management, with 5+ years leading product teams in Autonomous Vehicles, Ride-Hail, robotics or AI/ML.
• Systems-level thinking to unify fragmented workflows and product strategies.
• Deep technical authority in ML lifecycle, data curation, and autonomous systems.
• Cross-functional leadership with executive-level communication.
• Strategic and operational balance for multi-year vision and short-term delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with partners and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build and Lead the Product Organization with world-class PMs.
• Define the Motional Product POV across rider journey and tech stack.
• Establish data-driven prioritization across teams.
• Catalyze autonomy tools strategy and developer velocity.
• Orchestrate hardware-software synergy for fleet operations.
• Lead internal collaborations with roadmap reviews and budgeting.
• Collaborate with partners to define scope and milestones.
• Define success metrics and track KPIs for Safety, Progress, Comfort.
