• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or equivalent field
• 10+ years in Product Management, with 5+ years leading product teams in Autonomous Vehicles, Ride-Hail, robotics, or AI industries
• Systems-level thinking to unify fragmented workflows and consolidate disparate strategies
• Deep understanding of the ML development lifecycle, data curation, and autonomous systems
• Cross-functional leadership with ability to translate commercial needs into clear directives
• Executive presence with strong communication for high-visibility roadmap reviews
• Strategic and operational balance between multi-year vision and short-term execution
• Interpersonal savvy and ability to build trust across stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Product Organization with a world-class PM team
• Define a unified Motional product POV spanning rider journey and tech stack
• Establish data-driven prioritization across Engineering, Fleet Ops, and Commercial
• Oversee autonomy tools and data pipelines for faster developer velocity
• Align hardware, software, and operations in a cohesive product roadmap
• Lead internal collaboration with rhythm of business and executive briefings
• Define integration scope and milestones with partners for seamless ride-hail integrations
• Define success metrics across Safety, Progress, and Comfort and track KPIs
