Job summary

Audible is seeking a Director, Product Analytics to drive data-driven decisions for our Product leadership team. You will design, implement, and optimize reporting processes that deliver critical KPIs and insights across the organization, working with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years equivalent relevant experience in a data driven/analytical role or 5+ years with an advanced/technical degree in Analytics, Business, Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Sciences (Political or Natural) or similar field
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, etc.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute measurement and optimization approaches for Audible’s product organization, identifying relevant data sources and leveraging best practice analytical methodologies, including creating and instrumenting the right KPI framework(s)
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to define success metrics and measurement frameworks
• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives that directly influence product roadmap and business strategy
• Serve as strategic thought partner to stakeholders in the Product organization, earning trust through insightful analysis and clear communication
• Consistently deliver accurate and insightful analysis, driving high-quality decision making within our business
• Collaborate effectively with other analysts, scientists, and economists to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools
• Write compelling documents and deliver crisp presentations translating complex problems into outputs that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
